125 Spray Avenue Triplex

Construction of a new primary residence (Unit 1), plus existing cabin to be renovated (Unit 2) and existing cabin addition to be replaced (unit 3). The new residence will be connected to the new cabin addition by an underground tunnel. The new residence will have a rear drive garage off the lane. Around 24 spruce trees along the south and west portions of the property will be removed, the site sill be graded to contain run off, an existing sauna will be relocated, new and/or replacement utility connections will be installed, and the site will be relandscaped.

September 21 2025 – The public comment period on the project is closed. Parks Canada is considering comments received to help inform its determination on whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
