Orchard/Vineyard Lease - Lot 42, Similkameen IR#2

Similkameen Produce Company proposes to develop an orchard/vineyard on a lot that was previously used for agriculture.  Physical works include the installation of access roads and an irrigation system to support conversion of the agricultural use for orchards and vineyards.  The lot is approximately 7.75 ha (19 acres) and the footprint of planned infrastructure will be approximately 1,000 square meters in total.  No buildings or other structures will be installed, and equipment will be stored offsite.
