Timixw Mixed Use Development

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Lots 11, 13, 26, and 27 within IR6 are included in the lease and proposed site development plan.  The development is a large commercial and residential mixed use plan proposed by THL. The Project will contain a balance of both housing, commercial, and retail spaces. Features include the development of two apartment buildings comprising 48 units and may include affordable income dwellings. Other features include a shopping plaza and associated parking.

The development is proposed to proceed in a phased approach, with lot 11 comprising the majority of Phase 1, and includes the two apartment buildings.

The lots are currently a cleared brownfield site with an access road on the property's north boundary (Tronson Road). Small, temporary mobile buildings are currently located on the site.  Little native vegetation occurs on site with numerous aggregations of noxious weeds present including common mullein (Verbascum thapsus) and goat's beard (Aruncus dioicus).
