Osoyoos Indian Band - Rendezvous Beach Resort

Rendezvous Beach Resort Ltd. is proposing to build the Rendezvous Beach Resort project. It is a recreational vehicle (RV) resort and campground which will include the construction of an estimated 200 RV sites with associated ancillary buildings and the installation of a subsurface utility corridor to connect to existing services at the north end of the property. The proposed Project is located on approximately 14.1 hectares on Lot 396 of the Osoyoos Indian Reserve Number 1 south of Oliver on Lake Osoyoos, British Columbia.

Osoyoos Indian Band - Rendezvous Beach Resort – Public Comments Invited

November 21, 2023 – Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) must determine whether the proposed Rendezvous Beach Resort, located in Osoyoos Lake, BC is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada are inviting comments from the public respecting that determination.

Public comment period:  November 21, 2023 - December 21, 2023.
