Aurora at Taza Park Multi-Unit Townhome Development - Parcel 11

Homes by Avi is proposing to construct a second multi-unit townhome development at Taza Park on Tsuut'ina Nation reserve lands adjacent to the existing Homes by Avi townhome development. The project will comprise of 12 buildings containing 46 units to be constructed on previously developed Land. No clearing will be required as the rowhouse lots were already serviced during the Taza Development Project. The project will involve re-grading of the site. Indigenous Services Canada will be issuing subleases under Section 53(1) of the Indian Act. The Project is not in the vicinity of any known species at risk or waterbodies.

End of Public Comment Period

April 3, 2026 - The public period on the project is closed. Indigenous Services Canada is considering comments received to help inform its determination on whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
