Tough Country Communications Ltd. Radiocommunication Antenna Addition on the Brocket, AB
Tough Country Communications Ltd is proposing the installation of new antennas on existing radiocommunication towers, for a microwave radio communication link from Pincher Creek tower to Brocket. Brocket tower is located on the Piikani Reserve (06647), and the installation will include a 0.91m diameter microwave antenna mounted at 7.0 m radiocommunication tower and 0.6 m diameter microwave antenna mounted at 9.0 m radiocommunication tower. This system will carry high capacity Ethernet network traffic between the two points using two channels in the 18GHz and 80GHz bands. The existing tower may undergo other periodic antenna additions or replacements, as required for any Radiocommunication service.
