409 et 413, rue Squirrel, développement de logements

A new apartment building will be built on the existing lots of 409 & 413 Squirrel St. after the demolition of the current houses on the lots is complete. The building will be four stories with an elevator and include approximately 30 units with balconies. It will include surface parking only (no underground parkade). This project is pursuing a design-build procurement method and will adhere to the Town of Banff Land Use Bylaws.
