Tiny Home Subdivision

The project includes the development of a 30 lot subdivision, 440m of new road extensions, as well as lateral water and wastewater connections. The approximate footprint of the project is 2.5 Hectares. The area has been previously cleared and mostly includes alder bushes and second growth vegetation. The subdivision will be developed and populated in phases.

Latest update

September 19, 2023 – Indigenous Services Canada issued its Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
