Lot development - IL 2024-2027

The growing population of the Innu community of Pessamit has prompted the Pessamit Innu Band to review the development of its territory with a view to building new residential neighborhoods. The first phase took place in 2021, with 47 lots built. Given the enthusiasm for the first phase of the project, the Pessamit Innu Band decided to launch the second phase in 2022, with 44 new lots. Now the third phase will soon be in progress, with a total of 27 new lots. To achieve this, the project aims to prepare the land prior to construction.
