Petroleum product storage cabinet at Cap-des-Rosiers harbour in Forillon National Park

In order to accommodate a Forillon National Park concessionaire who operates a cruise ship business, the park wishes to install a cabinet near the wharf used by the concessionaire, which is located in the Cap-des-Rosiers harbour. The installation of this cabinet requires the laying of a concrete slab as well as the installation of the cabinet. The future small concrete slab will be used to house a cabinet for storing flammable products from the Croisières Forillon concessionaire. The slab in question will be approximately 3 feet by 6 feet and 6 inches thick. The excavation required to place this slab would be of approximately the same dimensions, with perhaps a few extra inches all around to allow for stripping.
