Acquisition and installation of propane heating in the oTENTiks of loop F at Petit-Gaspé campground

Forillon National Park plans to install propane heating devices in the seven oTENTik tents located in Loop F of the Petit-Gaspé campground, in order to extend the occupancy season. This project will also require the addition of stoves compatible with 420 lb tanks. The selected equipment includes the William heaters with 14,000 BTU and the Martin brand propane stoves. Each accommodation unit will be equipped with a 420 lb propane tank, installed near the tent. This tank will supply both an indoor heating device and an outdoor stove for cooking. The planned layout is inspired by the installations carried out in 2019 at the Des-Rosiers campground, also located in Forillon National Park. The company Supérior Propane will ensure the installation of the rented tanks as well as the connection of the appliances.
