Hoole Creek Road Subdivision Apex Utilities

At the request of the Opasikoniwew Housing Authority, and with authorization from the Chief and Council of Bigstone Cree Nation via a Council Resolution, Apex Utilities plans to install approximately 627m of 60.3mm steel and 116m of 114.3mm PE gas distribution main in order to service 19 residential lots.

Latest update

August 30, 2025 – The public comment period on the project is closed. Indigenous Services Canada is considering comments received to help inform its determination on whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
