Peerless CMHC Housing PTFN Camp Area

PTFN is developing a parcel of land for housing that is partially cleared.  Four prefabricated housing units 7.5m by 20m will be placed on site.  The portion of the site that has been cleared of trees will need to be leveled and sub grade prepared to provide stability for the development. The north end of the subject site is not cleared and trees will need to be removed to allow space for the entire development.  There is a low area on the east side of the site where the access road will enter the site.  The land to the west is higher ground indicating that this low area will need to intercept surface water and direct it away from the housing development.  Parking areas at each house will provided on the east side of the housing.
