Peerless Housing CMHC Site 2

Peerless Trout FIrst Nation is developing a housing complex with a total of 11 prefabricated homes.  Seven units are 7.5x20m and four units are 7.3x6.1m in size.  The site is currently virgin land and has not been developed.  There will be an access road from 686 into the site and a local road from which houses will be set up on either side with parking.  There are power poles at the edge of 686 that will provide power to the  site.  


Latest update

November 20, 2025 – The public comment period on the project is closed. Indigenous Services Canada is considering comments received to help inform its determination on whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
