The Cold Lake First Nations Community Gathering Space will consist of a 25,730-squarefoot building. The Community Gathering Space will connect the existing Casino Dene and Hotel Dene. 


Latest update

July 25, 2024 – Indigenous Services Canada intends to make a determination regarding whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting public comments Impact Assessment Agency of Canada (iaac-aeic.gc.ca) until August 26, 2024 respecting the determination.
