Prince of Wales Hotel Fire Suppression System Upgrade

Pursuit Collection, the owner of the Prince of Wales Hotel, proposes to upgrade the existing fire suppression system by installing new infrastructure within the existing footprint in order to address leaking issues and to bring the infrastructure up to code. The upgrades will eliminate the water tower on the Prince of Wales Hill from the system. The project will involve excavation, trenching, installation of new water lines, backfilling, restoration and commissioning of the new line.
