WireIE (Canada) Inc. - Radiocommunication Tower - Northgate Border Crossing, Hwy 9, Northgate SK

WireIE (Canada) Inc. proposes to build a 24.3 metre self-supporting communications tower to enhance communication to the Canada Border Services Agency office, adjacent to Provincial Highway No. 9 in the RM of Enniskillen No. 3; Northgate Border Crossing, Hwy 9, Northgate, SK.  The tower will include a 2' parabolic antenna transmitting in the 18GHz frequency band. This new tower may undergo future modifications or the addition/replacement of antennas.

2020-06-06 – The public comment period on the project is closed.  Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada is considering comments received to help inform its determination on whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
