Remediation of mould in Residences 2 & 4

The purpose of this project is to perform mould remediation in the basements of residences 2 & 4.
Remediate Drywall within the basement area 2 feet upwards from the floor for total perimeter of the room in Residence 2. Remediate plywood and underlying drywall within the basement mechanical room 2 feet upwards from the floor where remaining on the perimeter wall and behind the boiler in residence 4. Air scrubber to remain in place for 48 hours following remediation activities. The heating oil storage tank system registered with Environment Canada in duplex 3/4 will likely need to be moved to access the wall behind for remedial work. An electrician, oil burner mechanic and mechanical engineer will need to be present to assist with the work.
