Parking Lot Upgrade and Landscaping
This is a non-designated project on federal lands or outside Canada. The listed authorities are responsible for the project assessment.
The purpose of this project is to remove the asphalt surface and repave the parking area. A geotechnical assessment will be conducted prior to repaving to evaluate the quality of the existing subgrade material. If the subgrade is deemed insuitable it will be replaced as part of the scope of this project. The current parking lot at 419 Range Road is approximately 4,000 metres squared. An investigation will be conducted regarding the size of the new parking lot, including reducing its size and increasing the vegetated area. No vegetation is expected to be removed as a result of this project.
