Chilkoot Summit Privy Rempalcement

This project involves the removal the existing privy and the installation of a replacement privy. Staff will take apart the existing privy and remove it from the field. Staff will then install a prefabricated replacement privy in the same place that is the same size and style. Work will be conducted late summer or early fall 2021.

Latest update

July 25, 2021 – The public comment period on the project is closed. Parks Canada is considering comments received to help inform its determination on whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
