York Factory - New Subdivision with road and utilities - 2324

This project covers 18,401 sqm. The project is to design a new subdivision, including water and sanitary sewer connections, for approximately 20 units. The water services and sewer services will be connected to the existing watermain and sanitary sewer systems that run along the north side of Evergreen Way. The access road will connect to Evergreen Way on the east side of the proposed project site.
