This is a non-designated project on federal lands or outside Canada. The listed authorities are responsible for the project assessment.
The Department of National Defence (DND) has proposed a project. This project is a semi-permanent facility with a 5-10 year anticipated life. It includes the construction of concrete pads and a temporary tent structure on top. Electricity and communications will be installed for the structure as well as local drainage to manage rainwater.
