Ceri Military Base Gravel Pads Compounds - Task Force Latvia (TFL)

The Department of National Defence (DND) has proposed a project. This project consists of the execution of the work, the provision of materials and the labor necessary for the construction of three gravel pads of 0.5 hectares, 1.3 hectares and 1.5 hectares in size. The work will include deforestation, surface digging, clearing, stripping, leveling, as well as building up and compacting each layer of gravel. This space will serve as parking areas, vehicle storage and equipment.


Latest update

January 16, 2024— The Department of National Defence issued its Notice of Determination and determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.
