Telus Communications Inc., new radiocommunications tower (BC112314) at Redstone Flat I.R. No. 1.

Telus Communications Inc. is proposing to erect a new 62m self-support radiocommunications tower on Tsideldel First Nation lands on Redstone Flat 1 on the south side of Highway 20.  The purpose of the tower is to provide improved wireless service including voice and data to the rural residential areas in the community, as well as along adjacent roadways to support public safety.  The tower will house several large (8 ft.) panel antennas to support a variety of communication technologies in the PCS, AWS, BRS and Cell bands.  The tower may undergo periodic antenna additions, replacements, or other minor modifications.
