Long Pond Development Project

Ocean Choice International is proposing to develop approximately 1.7 hectares of undeveloped land located in the commercial area of Conception Bay South, Newfoundland and Labrador. As proposed, the Long Pond Development Project would include a marginal wharf approximately 90 metres in length, a laydown pad and parking area, and a cold storage building. This infrastructure will be used to ship and store frozen seafood products.
