August 28, 2024 – Housing, Infrastructure and Communities Canada and Indigenous Services Canada must determine whether the proposed Erosion Protection Project - Potlotek First Nation, located on Miniku Island in Nova Scotia is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

To help inform this determination, Housing, Infrastructure and Communities Canada and Indigenous Services Canada are inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online.
