Notice of Time Limit Extension

Ottawa — August 23, 2024 — On August 21, 2024, the Minister of Environment and Climate Change, pursuant to subsection 27(3) of the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act, 2012, extended the time limit for his environmental assessment decision under subsection 52(1) by 90 days.

The new deadline for the environmental assessment decision under subsection 52(1) is January 16, 2025.
