Notice of Determination

Vancouver, B.C. – May 1, 2024 – The Vancouver Fraser Port Authority has determined that the proposed Submarine Fibre Optic Telecommunication Cables – Extension, located in Burrard Inlet is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

Mitigation measures and/or permit conditions taken into account in making the determination include:

  • Mitigation measures and permit conditions that were part of the project and environmental review of Project Permit PER No. 20-208
