The Proposed Project

The project is for the construction of a 11, 933m2, five-level, 68-unit multi-residential development with underground parking. This is Phase 2 of an overall housing development proposed by Millbrook First Nation at Cole Harbour IR 30. The proposed multi-unit building development is located on a vacant lot at the end of Millbrook Avenue and will have a project footprint of approximately 2,100m2 which includes the building and paved area. The general site area is currently undeveloped and vegetated with immature trees, brush, and alders.

Activities include site preparation (fencing, parkade, foundation excavation and new roadway), and construction (concrete and steel laying, underground electrical and plumbing, wood framing, exterior and interior finishing, paving, curbs sidewalks) and landscaping.
