Pheasant Rump Nakota Nation Subdivision Expansion - Public Comments invited

August 28, 2023 - Indigenous Services Canada must determine whether the proposed Pheasant Rump Nakota Nation Subdivision Expansion, to be located on the Pheasant Rump Nakota Nation, is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination.

The Proposed Project

Pheasant Rump Nakota Nation is proposing the expansion of a housing subdivision within SW 19-08-005 W2. The proposed subdivision will include the construction of sewer and water lines, underground utilities (power and natural gas lines) and the construction of roads.
