Notice of intent to make a determination

ATCO Gas and Pipelines Ltd.: 1098480 Wabasca IR No. 166 Phase 2 Alfred Road Gas Main & Distribution System– Public Comments Invited

December 5, 2023, – Indigenous Services Canada must determine whether the proposed Bigstone Cree Nation expansion of its natural gas main and distribution system located in Bigstone Cree Nation, Alberta is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination.
