Notice of Intent to Make a Determination – Start of Public Comment Period

November 22, 2023 – Fisheries and Oceans Canada – Small Craft Harbours (DFO-SCH), Fisheries and Oceans Canada – Fish and Fish Habitat Protection Program (DFO-FFHPP) and Transport Canada (TC) intend to make a determination regarding whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, DFO and TC are inviting public comments until December 22, 2023 respecting that determination.
