Notice of intent to make a determination

Cold Lake First Nations: Casino Dene Expansion, Event Centre, Parking Project– Public Comments Invited

November 9, 2023, – Indigenous Services Canada must determine whether the proposed Cold Lake First Nations: Casino Dene Expansion, Event Centre, Parking Project located in Cold Lake First Nations, Alberta is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination.
