Public Notice: Reconstruction of Lady Grey Drive - Phase 2 — Invitation for Public Comments

October 18, 2023 - As the lead authority, the National Capital Commission (NCC) must decide whether the proposed Reconstruction of Lady Grey Drive - Phase 2 project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.  To help inform this decision, the NCC is inviting the public to provide comments on the project and its potential effects on the environment.  All comments received will be considered public.  For more information, individuals should consult the Privacy Notice on the Registry website.  Written comments, referencing the project name and registry number, must be submitted by November 17, 2023, to the following:
