Notice of Intent to Make a Determination – Start of Public Comment Period

October 18, 2023 – Fisheries and Oceans Canada – Small Craft Harbours (DFO-SCH), Fisheries and Oceans Canada – Fish and Fish Habitat Protection Program (DFO-FFHPP) and Transport Canada (TC) intends to make a determination regarding whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, DFO and TC are inviting public comments until November 18, 2023 respecting that determination.
