Notice of Intent to Make a Determination – Start of Public Comment Period

September 15, 2023 – Fisheries and Oceans Canada – Small Craft Harbours (DFO-SCH)  and Transport Canada (TC) intend to make a determination regarding whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, DFO-SCH and TC are inviting public comments until October 15, 2023 respecting that determination.
