Notice of Intent to Make a Determination – Start of Public Comment Period
August 29, 2023 – Fisheries and Oceans Canada – Small Craft Harbours intends to make a determination regarding whether the carrying out of the project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Fisheries and Oceans Canada is inviting public comments until September 29, 2023 respecting that determination.
