Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada must determine whether the proposed Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu Diesel Storage Tank Removal Project located at its Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu Research and Development Centre lands in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Québec is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

To help inform this determination, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public [and may be posted online].  For more information, individuals should consult the Privacy Notice on the Registry website.

The Proposed Project

Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) intends to replace an aboveground diesel storage tank at Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu Research and Development Centre located in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec. The work will be done in conformance with applicable regulations.
