July 13, 2023 — Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services must decide whether the proposed project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

To help inform this decision, Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services is inviting comments from the public on the project and its potential effects on the environment. The Proposed Project

Inside Edge Properties (on behalf of Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services) is to execute a project to install a new precast concrete block wall in front of existing failing retaining wall between the parking lots of 4200 Labelle and 1223 Michael Street (footprint is less than 1000 square meters).
