In accordance with subsection 86(1) of the Impact Assessment Act, the Commission of the Canada Energy Regulator (Commission) must determine whether the portion of the NOVA Gas Transmission Ltd. Application for Approval of the 2022 Meter Stations and Laterals Abandonment Program (Project) located on federal lands is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

The Commission will consider comments received from the public in making its determination.

All documents should be filed using the Canada Energy Regulator's (CER) online e-filing tool. All documents filed in this matter should reference the Project and File Number OF-Fac-Gas-N081-2023-03 01.

All regulatory documents issued and received regarding the Project, including comments received in relation to this notice, will be made publicly available in the CER's online public registry.
