YMX International Aerocity of Mirabel – Airbus Mirabel – Construction of a Delivery Center – Public Comments Invited

June 9, 2023 - ADM Aéroports de Montréal must determine whether the proposed project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

To help inform this determination, ADM Aéroports de Montréal is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online.

The Proposed Project

Airbus Canada Limited Partnership proposes the construction of a delivery center on lot PC-38326 of the Quebec cadastre located at the YMX International Aerocity of Mirabel. It is an aircraft hangar with dimensions of 91.44 m x 48.77 m x 17.37 m high with an office annex of 74.68 m x 15.24 m x 10.67 m high with 2 floors. The hangar will accommodate two aircraft, an office area, an outdoor positioning area for two aircraft and outdoor parking. The future delivery center building will also include electrical installations, mechanical installations, an oil recovery and separation system as well as fire protection systems.
