YMX International Aerocity of Mirabel – Extension of an industrial building located at 11 805 rue Service A5 (Lot 1689 903 ptie) – Public Comments Invited

May 10, 2023 - ADM Aéroports de Montréal must determine whether the proposed project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

To help inform this determination, ADM Aéroports de Montréal is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination. All comments received will be considered public and may be posted online.

The Proposed Project

Syscomax is proposing to expand the industrial building located at 11805, Service A5 road at YMX International Aerocity of Mirabel. The expansion will have a floor area of approximately 9,850 m2 and will have one floor with the possibility of mezzanine offices and no basement level. New paved areas will also be developed. A white roof will cover the building to reduce heat islands.
