Kwantlen First Nation – Public Comments Invited
April 12, 2023, Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation must determine whether the proposed low rise apartment building in Kwantlen First Nation is likely to cause significant adverse effects. To help inform this determination, Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination.

The Proposed Project
Kwantlen First Nation is proposing to build a low-rise apartment building. The building consists of a six (6) storey building. The construction will include the building and parking areas. Project activities include clearing and grubbing, the installation of access driveway/parking, construction of foundations, backfill and grading, utilities and services including sewer and water piping as well as power and communication lines.
