April 12, 2023 — The authorities must decide whether the proposed project is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

The Proposed Project

The Department of National Defence (DND) is proposing the construction of a sidewalk along Somme Road from Arras Road to Menin Road. The construction of this sidewalk will improve the safety of all pedestrians, troops and civilian personnel using this road.
