Adams Lake Indian Band – Public Comments Invited
April 6, 2023, Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation must determine whether the proposed 28-unit multi-level complex in Adams Lake Indian Band is likely to cause significant adverse effects. To help inform this determination, Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination.

The Proposed Project
Adams Lake Indian Band is proposing to build a 28-unit apartment building. The mid-rise apartment building will be six (6) storey high. The construction will include the building and parking areas. Project activities include the clearing and grubbing, installation of access driveway/parking, construction of foundations, backfill and grading, utilities and services including sewer and water piping as well as power and communication lines.
