Notice of Determination
YUL Montreal-Trudeau International Airport - Air Inuit - Construction of a temporary parking for aircraft

August 7, 2022 - Following the required analyses, the consultation process and the planned mitigation measures, ADM Aéroports de Montréal has determined that the project is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects by applying the mitigation measures planned for in the project.

Mitigation measures taken into account for this determination are based primarily on the following components of the physical environment:

• Air quality
• Water quality
• Soil quality
• The fauna and flora present

Accordingly, ADM Aéroports de Montréal may exercise its powers to allow the project to proceed.
