SUBJECT: Notification that the 180-day time limit for the Troilus Mining Project is suspended

Hello,

The Impact Assessment Agency of Canada (the Agency) acknowledges the receipt of your written request to suspend the 180-day time limit for the planning phase, and suspended the time limit on July 20, 2022, at Day 38 of the 180-day time limit.

The 180-day time limit is the period of time within which the Agency must provide Troilus Gold with a notice of the commencement of the impact assessment, if the Agency decides that an impact assessment of the Troilus Mining Project is required.

When Troilus Gold will provide the Agency with its response to the Summary of Issues and a detailed description of the project, the 180-day time limit will resume and the Agency will post a notice that the prescribed activity is completed.

If you have any questions, please contact me at (418) 455-4116 or at Troilus@iaac-aeic.gc.ca.

Sincerely,
