Paul First Nation Culvert Replacement Project– Public Comments Invited

August 12, 2021 – Indigenous Services Canada must determine whether the Paul First Nation Culvert Replacement Project on Paul First Nation reserve lands is likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects. To help inform this determination, Indigenous Services Canada is inviting comments from the public respecting that determination.

The Proposed Project

Paul First Nation plans to replace a failing road culvert with a larger diameter culvert. The current damaged culvert is undermining the roadway and creating a safety hazard for the public both during and after flood events.
