Notice of Determination, Trois-Rivières 2020-08-17

The Trois-Rivieres Port Authority (TRPA) issued its Notice of Determination and determined that the project Repair of the structural slab of the Warehouse 1A is not likely to cause significant adverse environmental effects.

This determination was based on a consideration of the following factors: impacts on rights of Indigenous peoples; Indigenous knowledge; community knowledge; comments received from the public; and technically and economically feasible mitigation measures.

Mitigation measures taken into account for this determination are:

• Water, soil and air pollution prevention
• Noise pollution prevention

Therefore, the TRPA may perform any duty or function to enable the project to be carried out in whole or in part
