Dear Mr. Pinsent,

SUBJECT: Transfer of Ownership of Exploration Licence 1134

As per notification received from the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board (CNLOPB), and information posted on the CNLOPB's Land Registry System (http://www.cnlopb.ca/abstract/instrumt/18007.pdf?lbisphpreq=1), we are aware that on February 1, 2018, ownership of Husky Oil Operations Limited's share in Exploration License 1134 was transferred to ExxonMobil Canada Ltd. This information is reflected on the CNLOPB's Licence Information Table (http://www.cnlopb.ca/pdfs/elgbr.pdf?lbisphpreq=1), which indicates that ExxonMobil Canada Ltd. is the representative for Exploration License 1134 (65%) (with Suncor Energy Inc. (35%) as the other interest holder).

Based on the above, Exploration Licence 1134 will be removed from the environmental assessment of the Husky Energy Exploration Drilling Project (Reference Number 80130) and associated EIS Guidelines will be updated accordingly.

Please note that this letter will be posted on the Canadian Environmental Assessment Registry for the Project. Should you have any questions, please contact me at 902-426-8946 or via email at Husky@ceaa-acee.gc.ca.

Sincerely,
